Because sometimes, the most beautiful things grow from challenging circumstances.

At Wildflower Family Counseling, we know that like wildflowers, families can thrive in and through tough places. We’re here to support you in those places.

Our approach

We understand how challenging it can be to seek help for your family's mental health needs. Our therapists utilize relational and evidence-based approaches (including Theraplay®, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the Adult Attachment Interview, and more) to support you, your children, and your family. We specialize in attachment-based treatment, for children and caregivers, and for adults seeking to learn more about how their attachment style affects their current relationships.

In-person appointments will take place in our office, designed to meet the needs of family members across the lifespan. With the use of floor to ceiling curtains, our therapy rooms are easily converted from well-equipped child-centered play rooms to minimal-distraction parent-child therapy rooms. Our waiting room has comfortable seating, books and toys for children at different developmental stages, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water. Our office additionally meets ADA requirements.
